Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join their Finance Organization as a key member of the Revenue Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure accurate revenue reporting and billing
• Manage quarter-end revenue close, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare various revenue reports for management review and assist in process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a high growth software/SaaS company
• Understanding of US GAAP accounting principles related to revenue recognition
• Experience with general ledger systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Intacct
