Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Revenue Cycle Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational data analysis to support revenue cycle improvements and departmental initiatives
• Build consultative relationships and deliver data insights to support financial and revenue cycle improvement projects
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that enhance organizational decision-making and identify emerging revenue cycle trends

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Science preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant revenue cycle experience required
• Epic Cogito certification within 120 days preferred; Epic Revenue Data Modeling certification within 1 year preferred; HFMA CRCR certification required within 120 days
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle data analysis and complex data analysis abilities
• Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
