Job Summary

A company is looking for an Income Specialist to assess loan applications and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess borrower income and asset documentation to determine loan eligibility
• Obtain and evaluate required loan documentation while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Perform credit report analysis and communicate pre-qualification calculations to applicants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant field, preferred
• NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008, preferred
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage processing, loan origination, or underwriting
• Proficient in industry-standard software and knowledge of lending guidelines
• Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
