Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Senior Compliance Specialist who will support compliance and risk management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise risk management framework, including facilitating risk assessments and preparing committee materials
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and analyze operational activities for adherence to laws and regulations
- Manage the Policy Review and Update project, coordinating with stakeholders for board submission
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' related experience in risk management and compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of federal and state regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience using risk management systems and preparing executive-level materials
