Senior Risk and Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops custom health plan reports and educates users on their utilization
• Builds intervention strategy reporting and ad hoc reports to track HEDIS performance
• Conducts data analysis, root cause analysis, and collaborates on testing reporting changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
• 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
• 3-5 years of experience in HEDIS and/or Risk Adjustment analysis
