Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead customer development efforts on the Salesforce platform remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead custom programming efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools
• Oversee end-to-end architecture of Salesforce platforms and manage complex integrations
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and related tools
• 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce solutions with knowledge of architecture and data modeling
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
• Willingness to obtain CMS Public Trust Clearance and work full-time remotely on an EST schedule
