Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support a federal customer by enhancing a Salesforce-based ATS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for professional staff hiring
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and tasks
• Manage Salesforce administration, configurations, and develop solution presentations

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM software, including Service Cloud and Government Cloud Plus
• Preferred Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
