Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor 2 to 3 engineering teams, setting goals and fostering innovation
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery
• Align technical strategies with business goals, steering the roadmap and architecture

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science (Master's preferred) and 5+ years of engineering leadership, ideally in SaaS
• Expertise in PHP, React, and Python, with experience in agile environments and microservices architecture
• Strong ability to attract, mentor, and retain engineering talent
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in a remote setting
