Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead customer development efforts on the Salesforce platform for CMS Marketplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead custom programming efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and JavaScript
• Oversee the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce platforms and manage complex integrations
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and declarative tools
• 3+ years of experience leading customer Salesforce solutions with knowledge of architecture and integration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Certifications: valid Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Must be willing to obtain CMS Public Trust Clearance and work full-time remotely on an EST schedule
