Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance and support readiness for delivery quality
• Drive services pre-sales and scoping exercises to enhance customer adoption of the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, software development, application security, or related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
• 1+ years of experience leading customer projects
• Experience in Software Development or DevOps
• In-depth knowledge of the Git version control system
