Key Responsibilities

• Understand and deploy lab environments for distributed Kubernetes systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create performance test plans and conduct hardware-level optimizations
• Analyze performance issues and design tools for orchestration, benchmarking, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Performance Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Strong Linux system administration skills and understanding of bare metal server operations
• Experience in designing performance testing strategies and using system-level performance tools
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and collaborative software development methodologies
