Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high-performance, scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for scalable infrastructure supporting enterprise-level adoption of new technology
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Mentor engineers, share best practices, and guide multi-team execution of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience designing and scaling large, mission-critical backend systems
• Expertise in databases (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB) including data strategy and performance tuning
• Strong fundamentals in computer science (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, networking)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
