Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance production systems for Prior Authorization platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical business applications, ensuring uptime and performance through incident management and root cause analysis
• Implement AI/ML-based monitoring systems to improve incident triaging and reduce influx
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD and DevOps initiatives, enhancing system reliability through automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in production support
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, and Azure; experience in Java/Python
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Experience in application debugging and analyzing logs using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
