Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
• Strong skills in object-oriented design and modern programming practices
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and modern tooling (Docker, Elasticsearch, Postgres, Git, Linux)
• Background in healthtech, insurtech, or experience with healthcare data is a plus
