Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer to join their Plant Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate engineering documentation into accurate plant simulation models
• Support the design, testing, and maintenance of control room simulators and related software projects
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot software defects using issue tracking tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in modeling or simulator development
• Proficiency with Fortran, C++, and/or Python
• Experience with GSE simulation software and thermal hydraulic system codes preferred
• Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 regulations
