Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Senior IS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuring, implementing, and managing IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintaining detailed records of qualification, validation, and change control activities for compliance audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Expertise in configuring, creating streams, and fixing bugs within IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG)
• Project management skills related to managing user roles and project baselines
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
