Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Data & Machine Learning Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own large-scale mining workflows that surface rare objects, model errors & long-tail events
• Build high-quality datasets to improve ML products through training & edge case validation
• Contribute to data processing pipelines that fuel an in-house billion-scale image search engine

Required Qualifications

• BS in computer science or similar discipline
• 5+ years of experience architecting and shipping high-performance & large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with core AWS services (S3, RDS, EMR, EKS, OpenSearch etc.)
• Fluency in Python and experience in production-quality software development
• Solid software engineering principles (software design patterns, configuration management, source control, etc.)
