Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in technology domains such as Cloud, Client-server, C++, Web, and Database
• Proficiency in software testing patterns and methodologies
• Preferred experience in the life insurance domain
• Ability to mentor and guide team members
