Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who will serve as a technical expert and product champion in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and translate AI and automation capabilities into business value for RCM professionals
• Apply hands-on experience in billing, AR management, or coding to build credibility with revenue cycle leaders
• Design and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate the platform's value and collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or healthcare consulting
• 3+ years of solutions engineering or pre-sales experience in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, EHRs, and revenue cycle workflows
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex technical evaluations
