Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager for their Lighting and Ceiling Fan Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing and supplier development strategies for the Own Brand product category
• Manage supplier qualification, onboarding, and contract negotiations
• Ensure successful execution of product development projects and maintain supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain management
• Strong technical knowledge of ceiling fan manufacturing and compliance requirements
• Ability to travel globally as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS 0365, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI)
