Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads sourcing activities for assigned critical/strategic vendor portfolio
• Manages business support, sourcing, contract structuring and negotiation, and collaboration with Third Party Risk Management
• Provides coaching and guidance to associates on complex contract negotiations and manages enterprise-wide vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in contract structuring and negotiation, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in the same
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred certifications include Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager and Member of Contract and Commercial Management
• Experience with services, software, staffing, and consulting contracts
