A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator to manage and oversee subcontracting activities in support of project and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer various agreements in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and applicable laws
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve subcontract issues and maintain contract files
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in subcontract administration, preferably in government contracting or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract law
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
