Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior System Engineer to assist with the HP migration to AWS project.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the migration of the comdb system to Linux
• Modify code to work on the new server and solve compilation and runtime errors
• Test processes round trip from VB desktop and POS systems

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in C and COBOL programming languages
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of UDP (User Datagram Protocol)
• Familiarity with Oracle databases
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a systems engineering context
