Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager for the DeFi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product life-cycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration
• Guide the team's Agile process, managing backlogs and tracking project progress
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining the health of live protocols

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in blockchain or DeFi
• In-depth knowledge of liquid staking, CDPs, lending/borrowing, and token-economics
• Experience delivering software on schedule using Agile methodologies
• Ability to interpret smart-contract code and on-chain data
• Direct involvement in B2B sales and client success for technical products
