Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Training Specialist (Temp to Perm).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, and delivers training courses/materials for end-user system applications
• Designs curriculum/content and selects appropriate delivery mechanisms for training
• Develops communication strategies to inform users about updates and best practices

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5 years of related experience required, including project support
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
• Formal project management training or certification preferred
