Key Responsibilities
- Scope and create documentation both individually and collaboratively
- Write clear documentation for technical tasks and edit documents created by others
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships to draft and approve documentation
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in online editing, content creation, and/or content strategy
- 5+ years of experience in a technical field
- Experience managing small project teams and evaluating team performance
- Strong command of the English language with attention to detail
