Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of documentation tools and create user guides
- Regularly update and publish documentation to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with SMEs and other teams to produce necessary materials and mentor junior writers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in technical or process-specific documentation
- Experience with web-based workflow management systems like Confluence or SharePoint
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED is required
