Senior Technology Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Order Guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers
• Implement HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Agent Workspace with strong ITSM knowledge
• Build and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 6-8 years of experience in designing and developing Order Guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers
• ServiceNow background with prior banking experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules: Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification preferred
