Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company's suite of services
• Conduct implementation-specific demos and assist in product technical Q&A
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to support pre-sales proof-of-concept progress and implementation planning

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a technical position such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
• Familiarity with server and cloud technologies
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
• Strong empathy and advocacy for customers
• Demonstrable skills or equivalent education in relevant technologies
