Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to enhance digital products for government clients through content strategy and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to realize product vision through research, design, and content strategy
• Manage the content lifecycle, including planning, creating, updating, and governing digital content
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create effective, human-centered digital experiences

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience and certifications
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in Information Technology, focusing on user experience and/or content design
• Proven ability to lead content design initiatives and manage content lifecycles
• Expertise in plain language writing, UX writing, and accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
