Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and workflows
• Create user flows, visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and ensure intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to the design system and collaborate with engineers for proper implementation and design quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX strategy and UX/UI design experience
• Experience with AI prototyping tools and design tools such as Sketch and Figma
• Experience working in an agile development process
• Healthtech or revenue cycle experience is a plus
• Strong product sense and user empathy
