UX Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Program Manager to lead a major app redesign project.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end design project schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews for a fast-moving UX/UI team
• Act as the central connector across teams, ensuring alignment and clarity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital project/program management (3+ in UX/UI or product design)
• Proven success leading complex design initiatives, ideally in app or platform redesigns
• Deep knowledge of Agile, UX workflows, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Strong communicator and master of multitasking in fast-paced environments
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products is a plus
