• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, particularly in fintech or data-rich products
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into user-centered solutions
• Evidence of a robust design process, including user research and high-fidelity prototypes
• Proactive self-starter capable of independently driving projects forward
