Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of product design and execution, including visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create effective solutions for customer challenges
• Mentor junior designers and lead by example while assessing customer usage patterns to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a product and UX team, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and methodologies
• Proficiency in UX research techniques and user behavior assessment
• Ability to define success metrics for new products or features
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset regarding product initiatives
