Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/ Lead UX Designer who will shape the design direction for AI-centric features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives by researching, wire-framing, prototyping, and creating user experiences for the platform
• Make strategic design decisions based on user research and develop high-level storyboards, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to address design challenges and ensure effective implementation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a UX designer, with 4+ years in B2B SaaS and complex enterprise platforms
• 2+ years of experience with AI-related products, focusing on user experience transformations
• Proficiency in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques
• Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Design Degree or equivalent experience with a strong digital portfolio showcasing interaction design skills
