Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements
• Create conceptual models, wireframes, and visual designs using Figma, and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to design systems and prioritize mobile-first, responsive design

Required Qualifications

• Experience in UX design for complex enterprise applications, preferably with Salesforce
• Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and visual design
• Proficiency with Figma and design system implementation
• Experience designing for both customer-facing and internal tools
• Familiarity with AI-driven chat interfaces and troubleshooting flows
