Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Researcher to represent users throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and maintain research artifacts for studies following existing frameworks
• Conduct moderated and unmoderated studies, articulating insights and translating them into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to advocate for user needs and contribute to the overall research strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 5-10 years of experience as a UX Researcher for mass-market web and mobile products
• Solid understanding of user-centered testing methodologies and usability concerns
• Knowledge of human-computer interaction, experimental design, and data analysis
• End-to-end experience with all aspects of research, including study design and reporting
