Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process by creating journey maps, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align on goals and design solutions
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and identify opportunities for product engagement

Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating system thinking, interaction design, user flows, and visual design
• Experience with a reusable design system
• Advanced expertise in Figma
• Ability to conduct user research and a desire to learn from customers
