Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in corporate communication roles with C-Suite support
• Experience in managing ESG & Diversity/Inclusion/Belonging programs is a plus
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead others
• Experience in strategic initiatives, change management, and culture transformation
