Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide communications strategy
- Ensure consistent messaging and communication cadence across the organization
- Collaborate on change management and culture transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in corporate communication roles with C-Suite support
- Experience in managing ESG & Diversity/Inclusion/Belonging programs is a plus
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead others
- Experience in strategic initiatives, change management, and culture transformation
