Senior Water Resources Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tasks and provide quality assurance for technical deliverables
• Assist in marketing efforts to establish and enhance client relationships and drive project profitability
• Develop and apply advanced hydrologic/hydraulic models for various projects, including floodplain mapping and stormwater infrastructure evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Hydrology, Water Resources, or Civil/Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Eight or more years of experience with 1D and 2D hydrologic/hydraulic modeling
• Advanced proficiency in modeling platforms such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS integration tools
• Experience preparing technical reports and compliance documentation for regulatory agencies
