Key Responsibilities
- Label short text segments from call-center interactions for sentiment analysis
- Identify and categorize emotional valence, arousal, and specific emotions
- Contribute to enhancing AI sentiment analysis for improved customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Native proficiency in Korean or Japanese
- Experience in text annotation or sentiment analysis is preferred
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
