Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and perform trend analysis to uncover actionable insights
• Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data and deliver analytic outputs that meet quality and service objectives
• Manage data science projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical experience in a healthcare analytics or population health organization
• Proficient in modeling approaches and data analysis methods
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, public health, biostatistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and experience with AWS cloud platform is preferred
