Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Data Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of claims data.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and maintain claims data ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Examine claims data to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis for claim issues
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data or Business Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within homeowners' insurance
- Experience using SQL and advanced Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
