Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ServiceNow solutions and maintain technical integrity
- Support the Development Team and Product Managers in managing the backlog and ensuring clarity of tasks
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
- ITIL4 Foundation experience and/or certification
- 2 to 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as a technical analyst or admin
- Experience working in agile teams is required
- Broad understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly in Request Management
