Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow, HRSD Delegated Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure applications, forms, portals, and dashboards within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Automate HR processes and collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Manage enhancement requests, facilitate user acceptance testing, and provide frontline support for HRSD platform users

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including building and configuring applications
• Completion of ServiceNow Citizen Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification Suite or equivalent certification required
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration with enterprise systems
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices for HR service delivery
