IT Security Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Security and Compliance Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SIEM, SOAR, and Endpoint protection platforms while conducting intelligence gathering and reporting
• Perform internal audits and produce evidence for client and regulatory compliance audits
• Develop relationships with vendors and cybersecurity organizations to monitor cybersecurity threats and assist with remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience
• Preferred industry certifications include CISA, CISSP, or Security+
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Security Compliance, IT Audit, IT Operations, or IT Risk Management
• 1-2 years of experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 audits, and certifications
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, HITECH) and compliance audit processes
