Technical Alignment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proactive Technical Alignment Engineer (TAE).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform health checks and ensure alignment across client environments, focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management
• Maintain and improve documentation for accuracy and consistency while creating repeatable processes
• Analyze technical data to identify issues and contribute to the refinement of technical standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT systems/network engineering experience at an L4 level
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and endpoint compliance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or equivalent experience preferred
