Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Server DBA Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of SQL initiatives
• Act as the primary technical contact for corporate customers, offering advanced technical support and problem resolution
• Conduct health checks, assessments, and product upgrade/migration assessments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a large enterprise environment
• Advanced troubleshooting and administration experience with SQL Server versions 2008 R2 to 2019
• Strong knowledge of database performance, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies
• Familiarity with data migrations, upgrades, and database health checks
• Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCDBA, MCITP) preferred
