Job Summary
A company is looking for a SQL Server DBA Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of SQL initiatives
- Act as the primary technical contact for corporate customers, offering advanced technical support and problem resolution
- Conduct health checks, assessments, and product upgrade/migration assessments
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a large enterprise environment
- Advanced troubleshooting and administration experience with SQL Server versions 2008 R2 to 2019
- Strong knowledge of database performance, high availability, and disaster recovery technologies
- Familiarity with data migrations, upgrades, and database health checks
- Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCDBA, MCITP) preferred
