Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps functionalities
• Conduct workshops, demos, and sprint planning sessions
• Advise on best practices and assist in the creation of user stories

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Essential experience in ITOM and AIOps
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more)
• Experience with Event Management
• Consultancy skills for effective communication with stakeholders
