Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join their Service Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the ServiceNow AI platform, ensuring alignment with the platform roadmap and strategy
- Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, enforce technical governance policies, and manage code quality control processes
- Mentor and guide a team of developers in delivering AI/automation projects and serve as a UX/UI expert across the platform
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, focusing on UX/UI
- Proven experience as a lead engineer in regulated environments using the ServiceNow AI platform
- Current implementation specialist certifications for ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and/or HRSD, along with System Administrator and Application Developer certifications
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform data model and experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
